You are my Sunshine

We finally had a day of sun so we could venture out of the house. One more day of being couped up inside might have turned the Gaylor house into hostile territory.

I know the pigtails are crooked, but you try and do the hair of a two year old that screams and runs away every time she sees a brush, hair ties or barrettes.

Still too little for the bike, but we keep trying.

Helping Daddy

Shane went snowboarding the other day and needed to do some work on his board. Lily was more than happy to supervise

This one needs a little more tightening dad.

Hard work like this requires a no shirt policy

Lily's Babies

Lily has been showing more and more interest in her babies. They have not been named yet and only go by "baby" but we have been starting to care about what they are wearing.
This crazy shirt was a present from Aunt Katy when Lily was born. It came in a small mysterious bag that told us that it could predict what Lily would be when she grows up. I guess I am going to have to start reading those trashy romance novels.
Out of the blue one day Lily brought out this outfit and laid it on her baby. I interpreted it to mean that is what she wanted her to wear that day (and every day since then)

Lily's BFF

A couple weeks ago Lily and I got the pleasure of watching Miss Hailey Hinton while her mommy got her hair cut. She is a very good little girl and Lily liked to run circles around her. Hailey might have gotten a little dizzy watching crazy Lily, but we heard a couple of happy squeals come out of her. Hopefully she gets to come over and visit us some more (hint hint Gina).

Grandpa Tim sticks his tongue out when he is concentrating, I've heard my Grandpa Karly did too. I guess it runs in the family.
