My Lily and my lilies

These are the pretties things in my yard!
I don't know what Shane did to them but they are going crazy right now and are huge!
Lily in a jungle of lilies.

Double Piggies!

Or Whoopsies, as my mom likes to call them.
They aren't the straightest but I couldn't find a decent part on her head. I am not the expert when it comes to hair. Lets just hope that she never expects me to french braid her hair because it ain't happening. I am also dreading the makeup requests.
She looks like such a big girl!
"Ready for school Mom!"
Even though there is a giant oatmeal/peach stain on her shirt. I wasn't about to pull her shirt over her head and mess up the lovely job I did on her hair.

Comfy Ringo?

Shane came home last Friday and Ringo obviously didn't hear him so Shane caught him sleeping on our patio table. We always wondered because we would be able to see footprints on it, but we just thought that he was trying to get one of his toys. You would think the hot tub cover would be a more comfortable place but who knows what goes through a dogs mind.

1st Pig Tail

We were finally able to get Lily's hair into a pig tail. I realize it is a side pony, but you take what you can get and since Shane won't let me cut her bangs again and she won't wear a barrett (sp?)this is what we are going with.

Side pony day two - sportin it on the other side. I even used hairspray!
Not sure how long it lasted. Shane said it wasn't in when he picked her up form Daycare.

Pillow Game

Not sure what she is trying to accomplish with the pillows but she seemed to be enjoying herself.

Have I always had that accent?

Yes that is the soap opera network in the background. You may not know this about me but I love 90210 reruns. Do you still like me?

Since it takes so long for the video to upload I can chat it up a bit. I was going from blog to blog the other day and found one that mentions http://www.blurb.com/ it is a website that will make a photo book for you. They look pretty cool and you can add as many pictures and text as you want. For all of you that might not be as crafty as some and not have the patience to get into scrapbooking this might be something for you.

Oh and by the way. I love comments and love reading them on other people's blogs so comment away (as long as you are nice :) of course! ).

Mmmmmm Spaghetti!

Who loves spaghetti?
Lily Does!!!!!

Now doesn't that look delicious?

Beach Time

Sunday we went to a little beach on Lake Washington. Lily loved being in the water and running around in the grass. No relaxing for us!!! We definitely needed some cooling off though. Lily loved hanging out in her Chicken floaty.

Jessica and Nathan

This is my niece and nephew Jessica and Nathan. I had to put them on here because they are getting so big and I can't believe it. They live in on the East Coast so therefore way way tooooooo far away.

Bloggers HELP!

I need some tips - I don't understand why when I type and then add pics the pics go before the text. When I try to do it the other way around it won't let me type above the pics. I am confused. Please give me some tips!!!

July 4th and Beyond

We spent 4th of July on the sound with Gina and Joe at Joe's parents house. I tried to reason with Lily and explain that a nap would allow her to be up for the fireworks, but she wasn't having it. She was too worried that she would miss something important in between.

She was about done sitting on Mommy's lap and ready to run around some more.

Can someone please come clean my house!

To add a few tidbits about me. I am envious of anyone who manages to keep their house clean. I need some serious tips on how to do so. I really don't understand what happens to it. I am actually disgusted by the state of my home right now. Why do dogs have to shed?
We are having a little summer rain and thunderstorm right now and I love it. Except for the fact that I am looking out my window and realizing my car windows are down. CRAP! Maybe it will soothe Lily into a deep and restful sleep.
More pics to come soon.

Vegas, Whistler and Stuff

I am still trying to figure this crap out so you got 3 pics that are the same. Embrace that I am not perfect :)!

Whislter was a lot of fun! I went up there for my friend Marnae's bachelorette party. Marnae, bridesmaid Kim and I went on a zip lining tour in the forest and it was so much fun. You can see us all decked out in our safety harnesses and helmets. The funnest run was of course "Godzilla" where we went about 50 mph and were 250 ft up in the air. I of coursed screamed my head off, but it was an excited scream - not a fearful scream if you believe that. I would totally do it again. We couldn't get over how amazing the scenery was.

Lily loved hanging out in Uncle Karl's pool as long as the sun was out of her eyes. She was nudey for a bit then we decided it might be a good idea to put some swim pants on her. Those diapers can hold a lot more than you think that is for sure. We all got a good laugh watching her waddle around with a 10 pound diaper. Lily liked playing in the water best since it was only 110 out. We managed to not let her get sun burnt - Kudos to us!
